We aim to keep registration as simple and straightforward as possible.
Registrations are welcomed from a wide range of medical and scientific professionals interested in COPD; healthcare professionals from primary and secondary care, including respiratory and general physicians, specialist registrars in training, respiratory nurses, respiratory physiologists, respiratory physiotherapists and basic scientists, (clinical and non-clinical research fellows PhD and other research students).
In addition to Conference Programme Registrations, we are able to reserve accommodation if requested at a range of hotels - all within regular walking distance of the conference centre. A list of budget hotels is available but delegates do need to make their own reservations at these locations as COPD6 do not have contracts with them.
Please note that we do not offer a full travel service to and from COPD6, but information on costs of transfers can be obtained directly from Platinum Executive Cars. If you experience difficulties in making your travel arrangements please contact the Event Managers who will put you in touch with a suitable agent.

The registration process
You may register for COPD6 in one of three ways:
- on-line via this website, using our secure web server
- download, complete and return a registration form.
On receipt of your registration fee, confirmation will be sent to you by the Event Managers.
No refunds will be available to cancellations received within 4 weeks of the conference, but substitution names will be accepted.
All conference material will be available for collection from the Registration Desk which will open throughout COPD6.
Registering via this website
The on-line registration process is rapid and straightforward, comprising five steps:
- Enter your personal details, such as name, organisation, contact details
- Select your appropriate Delegate Type - delegate fees will be displayed
- Tell us about any special requirements you may have
- Choose your preferred accommodation - if required
- Enter your payment details and confirm your application - we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Electron Solo and Maestro cards only.
The whole process is undertaken on our secure web server (indicated by the closed padlock icon at the bottom right hand corner of your browser window) - which means that it is safe to pass us your personal information, including credit card details, without anybody else being able to take a copy.
Once you have completed your registration application you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Within fourteen days you will receive confirmation of registration, accepted payment and hotel reservation (if appropriate).
